Tasting notes: Straw-yellow in color, the nose presents a very varietal and enveloping aroma, highlighting hints of hay, dried straw, citrus fruit, fresh white fruit, dill, fennel, freshly cut grass, and light notes of bay leaf. On the palate it is dry, tasty, lively, with volume, balance, and good persistence.
