Riccitelli Vistalba Bonarda red wine

This wine expresses the personality of the estate from which it originates; unique soil and climate conditions make this Bonarda showcase the great potential of this vineyard for the variety. Located in the traditional area of Vistalba in Luján de Cuyo on clay-loam soils and rocky subsoil at an altitude of 1,000 meters. We vinify it with indigenous yeasts and without the addition of any foreign elements at temperatures between 26ºC and 28ºC for several weeks. Fermentation is carried out in small concrete vessels with a percentage of whole and destemmed clusters. Aging takes place in French oak barrels of various uses for 16 months.
