The Wine:
The grapes are transported to the winery in 400-kilo bins, then destemmed, the berries are selected, and without crushing, they are sent to the pneumatic press to reduce color extraction.
Tasting Notes:
Pale, bright rosewood tones, intense and delicate aromas of flowers and fruits reminiscent of violets, roses, fresh blueberries, and pomegranates with great complexity. On the palate, it is fresh, sparkling, light, long, and persistent.
