The Wine:
Crafted by Jose Mounier, this Chardonnay is
fermented in French oak barrels, with
constant daily battonage. Wine with
malolactic fermentation.
Tasting Notes:
Bright golden yellow in color. The aroma is
highly expressive, reminiscent of notes of white
fruits and subtle spices. On the palate, it is a wine of
good weight, fresh and persistent. It is a balanced,
fruity, and elegant wine.

Serving temperature: 12°- 14°C
Pairing: Fish in mild sauces,
seafood, oysters, sushi, and wonderful with
salmon tartare.
